The breakfast was fantastic. I particularly appreciated the onsite egg chef who cooked eggs to my liking. The pool was very nice too. I spent many hours there.
The receptionist was not cute when I arrived. I was given my room key, but no one showed me to my room. It was a strange experience.

the location was near everything! the breakfast had great variety, so i found something i liked. the staff helped book activities, useful, though. the grounds were very well kept, a nice detail.
i booked a superior lumbung terrace room. i noticed missing sockets near the bed, a real inconvenience. the closet was strangely in the bathroom, a very odd choice. i saw some areas need refurbishment, like the decking by the pools, though.

the location was acceptable, situated approximately an eight minute walk from the port.
The restaurant seemed a bit unclean. I had difficulty finding a clean glass until the very end. the bathroom was so large it was difficult to control the smell from the toilet.

old roomant problem
The room was old and not maintained well. ants were everywhere. I told the reception, but the cleaning staff did nothing. the location is great, but that is all that is positive. The staff was friendly! but the wi-fi was slow. apply, twice.

The breakfast buffet had a good variety. I found many choices. The pool area was large, and it was well kept. The beach was also very close. The staff was friendly and quick to help with requests.
My room smelled moldy. the air conditioning did not work well. The room felt humid even with the air conditioning running. I had to keep the door open, and mosquitoes got inside.
